Brand Augmentin Oral Suspension is a combination of two drugs: amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid plus clavulanic acid. The two active ingredients in these two medicines are amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. Augmentin is used to treat many different bacterial infections including those of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin, soft tissue, bone and joint.
